About This Role

Dove Green Private School (DGPS) is proud to be a British community school, providing a unique educational experience nestled in Dubai Investment Park, close to the Expo 2020 site. Our British educational principles highlight respect, tolerance, inclusivity, and a strong dedication to academic excellence, nurturing well-rounded, globally aware individuals. We strive to create an environment that honors the rich traditions of British education while embracing a global outlook. Our secondary school has recently celebrated outstanding initial iGCSE results and is set to launch its Sixth Form in August 2026. As we transition to our new facility with state-of-the-art amenities, we maintain our status as a beacon of educational excellence, reflecting the values of a joyful, caring, and inclusive community school. We offer a progressive, innovative education that transcends traditional boundaries. Being the first UK curriculum school in the region, DGPS has established a reputation for leading educational innovation while upholding its community spirit and addressing the needs of the rapidly developing southern side of Dubai.

We seek enthusiastic, compassionate, and understanding educators to teach and lead our GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC courses, becoming integral members of a vibrant community school recognized for its swift growth in reputation. As part of our newly expanded team, you will ensure that the British ethos is embedded in every facet of our educational philosophy, fostering an environment where students achieve academic success and cultivate a global mindset in line with the Dubai Education 33 strategy (E33). This strategy aims to provide each student with a top-tier education that meets global standards while being grounded in Emirati values. E33 celebrates the rich multiculturalism of Dubai, ensuring that both heritage and diversity are central to the learning journey.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to engaging with the local community and finding ways to connect with parents, establishing effective partnerships. The ideal candidate will resonate with DGPS’s core values and ethos and will contribute to a community that merges the finest aspects of British education and E33, preparing students for success in a rapidly evolving world while genuinely valuing the region's traditions. Above all, we seek perceptive, motivated, and approachable educators dedicated to fostering a culture of collaborative success and progressive learning through our vision of learning together and growing together.

Feedback from parents captures our essence: "Teachers truly know my child; they don’t need to refer to their laptop to discuss progress. That’s incredible. We love the school and the teachers!”

If you are eager to join a high-achieving, compassionate, and inclusive school with ample opportunities for professional development, we would be delighted to hear from you. A proactive mindset, enthusiasm, and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential.
