We are on the lookout for an exceptional Lower KS2 Teacher who is dedicated to maintaining high standards, passionate about student development, and enthusiastic about being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities



Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that align with the National Curriculum for England, ensuring that students are both challenged and supported academically.


Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a passion for learning.


Equip students with essential skills for a smooth transition to secondary school, emphasizing leadership, critical thinking, and independent learning.


Employ innovative and evidence-based teaching methods to motivate and engage students.


Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to support student well-being and academic achievement.


Incorporate global perspectives and cross-curricular learning into lessons to cultivate well-rounded learners.

Experience & Qualifications:


A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a BA with a PGCE (or an equivalent teaching qualification) is required.


Fully qualified teacher with QTS and a minimum of two years’ experience teaching the National Curriculum for England at Key Stage 2.


A solid understanding of the developmental needs of Lower Key Stage 2 students, with an emphasis on preparing them for secondary education.


A commitment to elevating academic standards and contributing to a high-performing team.


An innovative educator who adopts research-led teaching practices and forward-thinking pedagogical strategies.


Excellent classroom management abilities to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Shortlisting & Interview Process:


Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to submit a video introduction that highlights their teaching philosophy and achievements.


Successful applicants will move on to an online interview with the Primary Principal and other key school leaders.


Candidates currently based in the UAE will be invited to conduct a 45-minute lesson observation followed by an in-person interview with senior leadership.

Compensation
