Dubai Heights Academy offers a friendly and inviting work environment. Situated in the Al Barsha South region of Dubai, we are excited to invite applications for our team.
Founded in 2017, the school provides an inclusive, dynamic, and exceptional education for an international student body from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand organically to Year 13.
Our state-of-the-art campus features distinct buildings for each educational phase, in addition to a 380-seat auditorium. Facilities include three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football field, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious cafeteria. The extensive 292,000 sqft campus includes three dedicated buildings for each phase, and we are excited to announce the recent completion of our brand new secondary building in August 2025, representing our most ambitious project to date.
Dubai Heights Academy follows the National Curriculum for England as its educational framework, tailored to meet local needs and enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create a customized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language initiative using social robots for primary students, further enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Job Overview
Dubai Heights Academy is on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Secondary Business Studies teachers who possess strong subject expertise and can contribute to ongoing advancements in student progress and attainment.
We anticipate that all candidates will be well-qualified, self-driven, adaptable, imaginative, and eager to join a team dedicated to achieving academic excellence.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

A B.Ed. or a degree along with a PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification demonstrating exceptional subject knowledge
•
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with the National Curriculum for England
•
Experience teaching English from KS3 to KS5
•
The ability to teach an additional subject is preferred

Interviews will be conducted at Dubai Heights Academy or via Zoom if an in-person meeting is not feasible. The closing date for applications is as listed, but interviews may occur before this date, so early applications are encouraged. Preference will be given to those who can teach multiple subjects.
