About This Role

Thomas’s College is a newly established selective co-educational day and weekly boarding school catering to students aged 11 to 18. Located on a stunning five-acre campus at the summit of Richmond Hill, just a 15-minute walk from Richmond Station, our school features impressive buildings that encircle a central garden. Our exceptional sports facilities are a short drive away, with Richmond Park conveniently nearby. The campus is abundant in space and greenery.

Our mission is to present a novel approach to independent education in London, tailored to the unique choices and interests of each student. We blend traditional excellence with innovative practices, teaching psychology to all students and offering alternative qualifications alongside GCSE and A Level. Additionally, we've restructured the student experience to incorporate a three-year Sixth Form, positioning ourselves at the forefront of educational change.

At the heart of our community is a family-like atmosphere brimming with warmth, combined with the enthusiasm and drive characteristic of an entrepreneurial start-up. We believe this unique blend will provide our students with enduring benefits that contribute to their success, happiness, and values. We aspire for our staff to find their time at the College a cherished experience throughout their professional journeys.
