• Have the ability to inspire students through inquiry-based learning and hands-on projects.
• Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Be an inclusive practitioner who adapts teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
• Have experience with or an interest in the International Baccalaureate framework (desirable).
