West Hampstead Primary School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role inraising outcomes for all pupils, with a particular focus on disadvantaged children. Senior Leadership experience required.
This is a key strategic position for a leader who combines a strong commitment toexcellence for every childwith a relentless focus onclosing attainment gaps. You will champion high-quality teaching, equitable curriculum access, and targeted support so that all pupils thrive, especially those facing disadvantage.

Role Overview:
Lead the school’s pupil premium strategy, ensuring measurable impact on outcomes
Drivehigh-quality teaching and learning for all pupils, with a sharp focus on disadvantaged learners
Use data intelligently toidentify gaps and accelerate progress
Promote a culture ofhigh expectations, inclusion, and achievement for every child
Your work will align with the priorities of theOfsted framework, particularly in Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, and Leadership & Management.
Behaviour Lead
Upper Key Stage 2 Phase Leader (Y4-6).
Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example with enthusiasm for teaching and learning
Organisational skills with attention to detail in monitoring pupil progress data
Willingness to engage in professional development opportunities
