Additionally, you will actively engage with the broader school community through enrichment activities, school events, and continuous departmental improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in your specialized area of Science (Physics) that motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
- Encourage curiosity and scientific literacy through inquiry-based, experimental learning.
- Evaluate, document, and communicate student progress, using data to guide teaching strategies and differentiation.
- Maintain an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates all learners and promotes academic excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues in the Science Department to create innovative curricula and share effective teaching practices.
- Effectively communicate with parents to provide regular updates regarding student progress and achievements.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seek professional development opportunities, and engage in co-curricular activities.
