Sports Development Coach (Cricket)
About This Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an exceptional Sports Development Coach (Cricket) to become part of our Sport, Health and Fitness Department for the Midsummer Term in 2026.
This position is fixed-term, concluding on 31 August 2026, and comes with a variety of agreed hours, reporting directly to the Director of Sport, Health and Fitness.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, engaging cricket coaching to students of all ages and skill levels, promoting both individual growth and team success. Collaborating closely with the Head of Cricket, you will design and conduct effective coaching sessions, establish suitable performance objectives, and contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of our cricket program.
Additionally, you will assist with fixtures, maintain the School’s strong pastoral values, and actively advocate for our vision and mission.

Remuneration:
- Free accommodation (covering council tax, water, and electricity) will be provided for the initial 10 hours of coaching each week.
- Additional hours will be compensated at a rate of £15.00 per hour.
