JESS is currently looking for a Part Time Peripatetic Flute Specialist to begin in September 2026, joining a vibrant Music Department and playing a key role in the future growth and direction of music at our institution. The successful candidate will instruct students in one-on-one sessions, small groups, and classroom settings.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional musician and a dynamic, intellectually curious educator with a genuine passion for music education and an infectious enthusiasm for the subject. We seek an experienced flute instructor who is excited to share their love of music with enthusiastic young learners. They will possess the ability to motivate and inspire budding musicians, creating a nurturing and supportive environment that allows students to cultivate their skills at their own pace while instilling discipline and dedication.

This position presents a unique chance to gain valuable teaching experience while collaborating with a talented Music team, sharing insights, inspiring creativity, and fostering a love for music among our students.

JESS aims to solidify its reputation as a leading music school in the region and to continue excelling while delivering a vibrant and engaging curriculum. The Music Department is well-equipped and supported, playing an essential role in the life of JESS. Students aged 3 to 18 are encouraged to learn and participate actively in rehearsals, recitals, and concerts.
