Job Description:

As an Early Years Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to create and nurture a rich learning environment for our youngest learners. Our ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. The successful applicant will implement exemplary teaching practices in accordance with the UK curriculum, providing a high-quality and engaging learning experience for our Early Years students.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or a BA with a PGCE is required.
  • Fully qualified teachers with Qualified Teacher Status and a minimum of 2 years' experience teaching the National Curriculum for England to Early Years students.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Early Years education.
  • Committed professionals passionate about enhancing standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Teachers with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum for England.
  • Exceptional educators capable of delivering innovative lessons based on contemporary pedagogical theories and forward-thinking initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A dedication to inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing principles.
  • Educators with a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute to, and participate in the school's Professional Learning Community.
  • A collaborative professional who works effectively within their immediate team and the wider school community.
