Bristol Grammar School is looking for a part-time, permanent Junior Teaching Assistant, with an immediate start date.
Teaching assistants (TAs) are essential members of the Infant and Junior Staff team, contributing significantly to the School's community. The main responsibilities of a TA involve supporting children’s learning within the classroom while also attending to their welfare. Infant TAs will need to work closely with a specific class, fostering a deep understanding of each child as an individual and developing a strong collaborative relationship with the class teacher, which is crucial for success.
The chosen applicant will primarily assist in Year 3 or Year 4 but should be prepared to cover for teaching assistants in the Infant School as needed.
