Teaching and Learning
The goal is to ensure that effective teaching and learning strategies are systematically integrated, fostering high standards in student progress while supporting the continuous advancement of professional practices. Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and delivering engaging Islamic B lessons that align with curriculum and school standards. Inspire students academically, morally, and spiritually through exceptional Islamic Education. Maintain elevated expectations for student engagement, behavior, and achievement. Utilize assessment data to track progress, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate student improvement. Adapt lessons to cater to the diverse needs of all learners, including those needing additional support.
Curriculum and Department Contribution
Take part in the evaluation and enhancement of Islamic B schemes of work and curriculum planning. Ensure seamless continuity and progression within the secondary Islamic curriculum. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices and enhance teaching and learning. Support departmental initiatives, events, and enrichment activities.
Professional Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and learning. Adhere to school policies related to assessment, marking, behavior, safeguarding, and health and safety. Fully participate in meetings, professional development opportunities, and whole-school events. Exhibit professionalism in punctuality, conduct, and appearance at all times. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Possess strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
