Advancing the school’s vision and ethos to ensure every student flourishes.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Extended Leadership Team, your duties will include:
- Articulating a distinct vision for Key Stage 1 (KS1) that aligns with the school's values, maintaining high expectations and standards.
- Encouraging student growth, well-being, and positive conduct by setting ambitious performance targets and cultivating an inclusive learning environment.
- Overseeing the implementation of the curriculum, assessment processes, and staff professional development to guarantee innovative and uniform teaching methods.
- Inspiring and effectively managing teams, fostering collaboration, professional development, and a dedication to excellence.
- Ensuring the effective utilization of resources, including financial planning and staff allocation, to enhance high-quality learning outcomes.
- Establishing strong connections with parents, guardians, external agencies, and the local community, serving as an ambassador for the school and Key Stage 1.
Promoting High Performance Learning
- Leading staff to endorse the HPL framework and cultivate a culture of excellence.
- Driving enhancements in learner outcomes and encouraging cognitive and personal development.
- Supporting staff training and growth in accordance with HPL principles.
- Ensuring adherence to HPL World Class School standards through accreditation processes.
