About This Role
We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic French Teacher:
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in French, Modern Foreign Languages, Linguistics or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching French at primary and/or secondary level, ideally within a British or international school setting.
Fluency in French at native or near‑native level, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of UK curriculum expectations for Modern Foreign Languages (MFL).
Ability to design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support language acquisition for learners of mixed abilities.
Experience using assessment for learning, tracking pupil progress, and providing effective feedback.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with willingness to undergo all required checks.
Excellent classroom management skills and a positive, student‑centred approach.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
