About This Role
- Proficiency in literacy and numeracy (GCSE level or equivalent).
- NVQ2 in Playwork or Early Years Care & Education (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with children in a school or related environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication, administration, and organizational skills.
- Empathetic, approachable, and positive attitude towards children.
- Understanding of children’s welfare needs, particularly during midday breaks.
- Willingness to undertake further training (e.g., NVQ2 in Playwork).
