Class Teacher

We are looking for a teacher to join our friendly and caring team from January 2027. The post is permanent and full time. Initially, the successful candidate would be teaching in one of our Year 2 classes, although it is expected that our teachers will, over time, teach in any of our three year groups.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Work within and follow school policies and practices
• Demonstrate high personal and professional standards at all times
• Have a strong understanding of effective learning and teaching strategies including adaptations, in order that all children can access all learning
• Demonstrate strong teaching, communication and organisational skills
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan the learning
• Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, parents/carers and governors
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
