About This Role

Purpose of Role

ISP Teacher Key Responsibilities

- Create lesson plans that align with the established school and curriculum frameworks.

- Modify and evaluate lesson plans to cater to individual student needs, adhere to newly introduced guidelines, refresh pertinent information, and incorporate advancements in education.

- Tailor the curriculum to accommodate student requirements while ensuring overall class progression.

- Maintain and continuously enhance a solid understanding of curriculum programs and structures.

- Evaluate and document student progress, pinpointing areas of concern that require attention and improvement.

- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

- Collaborate with other staff members involved with student engagement.

- Communicate regularly with parents in accordance with school protocols, including presenting reports on student progress and updating them on necessary student discipline.

- Address the varying ability levels of students.

- Uphold order and discipline among students while encouraging safety and adherence to school regulations and policies.

- Participate in occasional professional development seminars.

- Attend and engage in school meetings focused on curriculum, organization, and guidelines.

- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by your direct supervisor or the Deputy Head.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Teacher skills

Proficient in Class Management, Curriculum Development, Lesson Planning, In-depth Knowledge of Relevant Subject Area, Flexible Teaching Approaches, Innovative Problem-Solving, Patience, Empathy, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Well-Developed Organizational Skills, Ability to Meet Deadlines, Cultural Sensitivity.

Qualification & Experience:

- Must be a native speaker with a valid passport from the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or South Africa.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a Bachelor of Arts, along with an internationally recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGCertEd/QTS.

- Have a minimum of three years of international teaching experience at the primary level, with preference given to those with relevant curriculum experience.

- Possess a clean criminal record.

₫66,000,000 - ₫86,000,000 per month (Salary and housing allowance, other benefits)
