We are seeking an Exceptional Head of Psychology to become part of our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai, starting in August 2026.

Qualifications


Ideal candidates will be required to:


Possess a BEd or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology along with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.


Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Psychology teachers to ensure exceptional teaching and learning.


Exhibit a readiness to collaborate and share exemplary practices.


Embrace a growth mindset, demonstrating reflection and a focus on solutions.


Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.


Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.


Have a proven record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
