Vinschool is on the lookout for an outstanding School Principal to take charge of one of its Primary Schools in Hanoi, starting in July 2026. The perfect candidate will be an innovative and proactive leader with significant experience in bilingual or international educational settings.

Vinschool is the largest private school system in Vietnam, comprising 50 campuses and serving over 47,000 students. The School Principal acts as the educational leader, responsible for empowering the school community to achieve Vinschool’s vision and mission. The Principal oversees policies, facilities, regulations, and procedures to guarantee that students learn in a secure environment, receiving a high-quality education that enhances their skills, knowledge, and character while fostering self-awareness, proactivity, and competence needed to thrive in a constantly evolving world.

Guide the school community in developing, articulating, and committing to a collective educational vision aimed at achieving quality learning outcomes for all students.

Qualifications:

Requirements and Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in education or educational leadership; Master’s degree preferred.


Professional teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable.


Prior experience in a leadership role, ideally as Principal in an international or bilingual school setting.
