We are seeking an Exceptional Deputy Head of Maths to become a part of our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai, starting in August 2026.

Skills

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A BEd or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics along with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent

• The capability to assist the Head of Maths in spearheading the department and executing strategic initiatives

• The ability to represent the Maths department during senior leadership discussions

• A collaborative spirit with a readiness to share exemplary practices

• A growth mindset characterized by reflection and a focus on solutions

• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster close working relationships with colleagues, students, and parents

• A demonstrated history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
