About This Role

Purpose of Role

ISP Teacher Key Responsibilities

- Create lesson plans that align with established school and curriculum standards.

- Adjust and reevaluate lesson plans to address individual student needs, adhere to new protocols or regulations, incorporate updated information, and leverage advancements in education.

- Modify the curriculum to accommodate student requirements while ensuring overall class progression.

- Maintain and continuously enhance a solid understanding of curriculum programs and frameworks.

- Evaluate and document student progress, identifying areas of concern and those requiring further attention and improvement.

- Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment for all students.

- Collaborate with all staff members involved with students.

- Regularly communicate with parents in accordance with school policies, which includes presenting student progress updates and notifying them of any necessary disciplinary actions.

- Manage the varying ability levels of students.

- Uphold order and discipline within the classroom while encouraging safety and adherence to school rules and regulations.

- Participate in occasional professional development seminars.

- Engage in school meetings focused on curriculum, organization, and guidelines.

- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by your direct supervisor or the Deputy Head.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Teacher skills

Classroom Management, Curriculum Development, Lesson Planning, Comprehensive Knowledge of Relevant Teaching Subject Matter, Flexible Teaching Approaches, Innovative Problem-Solving, Patience, Empathy, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Well-Developed Organizational Skills, Ability to Meet Deadlines, Cultural Sensitivity.

Qualification & Experience:

- Must be a native speaker and possess a valid passport from the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or South Africa.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a Bachelor of Arts, coupled with an internationally recognized teaching certification such as PGCE/PGCertEd/QTS.

- At least 3 years of international teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.

- Must have a clean criminal record.

₫60,000,000 - ₫86,000,000 per month (Salary and housing allowance, other benefits)
