Lead Teacher- Pre Nursery Class

At Hummingbird International Kindergarten, we prioritize recognizing, respecting, and nurturing each child as a distinct individual. We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to oversee our Pre-Nursery class (ages 1–3), with a start date of January 2026.

This position offers more than just teaching; it provides the opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive community where meaningful play fosters the development of essential life skills, and collaboration between families and educators is paramount.

We are in search of candidates who possess:

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

A minimum of 2 years of practical experience working with toddlers (1–3 years old)

Proficient knowledge in play-based learning, Positive Discipline, and developmentally suitable practices

Excellent communication skills for engaging with both children and parents

Fluency in English is essential (either native speakers or non-native speakers with a C2 level). We enthusiastically invite applications from all qualified educators capable of creating a natural English-speaking environment for our young learners.

Bilingual abilities (English/Thai) are considered an advantage.
