Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in English or a related discipline.
- A PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching English.
- Experience teaching IGCSE and A level is essential.
- Documented evidence of relevant professional development.
- Strong IT, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Native-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in the classroom.
- A solid understanding of cultural diversity.
- A commitment to the welfare and pastoral support of all students.
