Hold at least 8 years of teaching experience.
•
Have experience in leading or coordinating teams related to curriculum or pastoral duties.
•
Prior experience in senior leadership is preferred, ideally in a pastoral role (if senior leadership experience is lacking, a strong impact in pastoral leadership must be demonstrated).
•
Possess a Bachelor of Education or a Subject Degree along with a relevant teaching qualification, such as PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
•
Have engaged in significant recent professional development pertinent to the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Experience in coaching practices and methodologies, preferably with formal accreditation.
•
A successful history of initiating and executing comprehensive changes within a school.
•
NPQSL or a similar qualification.
•
A Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
