Position Overview
We are seeking a Computer Science Teacher to help advance this subject area within our Secondary School. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with the dynamic landscape of technology education in a school setting.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience teaching Computer Science at GCSE and A Level with a history of achieving successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering outstanding teaching and facilitating effective learning experiences.
- Exhibit strong pastoral skills and a background in student support.
- Use data effectively to promote student learning and progress.
- Develop an enrichment program that enhances the Computer Science curriculum, including initiatives within local communities and the high-tech industry.
- Have an interest in or experience with teaching a STEAM curriculum.
- Hold a recognized degree along with an appropriate teaching qualification for this subject.
- Be capable of teaching a second subject.
