Position Overview

We are seeking a Computer Science Teacher to help advance this subject area within our Secondary School. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with the dynamic landscape of technology education in a school setting.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience teaching Computer Science at GCSE and A Level with a history of achieving successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a track record of delivering outstanding teaching and facilitating effective learning experiences.
  • Exhibit strong pastoral skills and a background in student support.
  • Use data effectively to promote student learning and progress.
  • Develop an enrichment program that enhances the Computer Science curriculum, including initiatives within local communities and the high-tech industry.
  • Have an interest in or experience with teaching a STEAM curriculum.
  • Hold a recognized degree along with an appropriate teaching qualification for this subject.
  • Be capable of teaching a second subject.
