This position presents an excellent chance to advocate for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), spearhead strategic initiatives, and make a meaningful contribution to the Quality of Education throughout the school. You will collaborate within a dedicated department that is focused on enhancing teaching practices, ensuring exceptional provision, and achieving outstanding results for all learners.
We maintain high expectations for behavior and cultivate an inclusive atmosphere for every student, supporting those aiming for higher education alongside those with special educational needs. Our staff are expected to embody the school’s ethos and reinforce policies regarding conduct and respect. We also encourage participation in extracurricular activities to promote students’ growth outside the classroom.
