Candidates who are successful will need to:
- Possess a BEd or a Bachelor's degree along with a PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate an ability to share exemplary teaching practices
- Show an interest in career development, leadership, and sustainability
- Exhibit a creative and enthusiastic mindset both inside and outside the classroom
- Have excellent IT skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities to collaborate effectively with students and parents.
