Psychology- Secondary School - MYP/DP Teacher

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an exceptional Psychology Teacher to become part of our team starting on 18-08-2025. The Role:

In the capacity of Psychology Teacher for the MYP/DP curriculum, you will motivate and engage students through inquiry-based learning, upholding high standards in teaching, assessment, and reporting within your subject area. This position calls for a passionate educator capable of inspiring students, parents, and colleagues alike to achieve ongoing success. The chosen candidate will focus on holistic education, delivering well-resourced lessons while fostering a warm yet challenging atmosphere for all students.

• Deliver curriculum content while maintaining superior teaching and assessment standards.
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom that upholds students' right to learn.
• Design differentiated lessons that address diverse student needs, particularly within the IB MYP/DP framework.
• Work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• PGCE with UK Qualified Teacher Status, Bachelor of Education, or SACE.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of verified teaching experience, preferably within an IB school.
• Demonstrated success in achieving excellent educational outcomes.
• Professional dedication to the effective implementation of an enriched IB/MYP and IB/DP curriculum is preferred.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with students, parents, and peers.
• Willingness to be involved in extracurricular activities.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to the overall welfare of the school.
