About This Role

GEMS Royal Dubai School is an esteemed and vibrant British curriculum institution catering to students from FS1 to Year 8. We are thrilled to share our plans for expansion, which include the launch of a Nursery in January 2026 and Year 9 in September 2026, as part of a strategic initiative that will eventually extend to Year 13. Our school is home to a rich community of over 850 students from more than 48 nationalities, fostering a strong community spirit alongside a commitment to achieving the highest academic standards. As we embark on this growth journey, we are delighted to announce the forthcoming opening of our new, state-of-the-art secondary campus in September 2026 — a facility designed to further elevate the outstanding educational experiences we offer.

In light of this expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Primary Teachers, beginning in August 2026. Job Purpose:

To provide instruction within the Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary Phase, creating an exceptional, holistic, and engaging learning environment for our students that leads to outstanding outcomes.

● Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
