Skills
Ideal candidates will:

- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Have demonstrable experience in primary education
- Share exemplary teaching practices effectively
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm, both in and out of the classroom
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven history of delivering outstanding learning outcomes
