We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Primary Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our staff starting in August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in our Primary School, where you will deliver outstanding PE lessons and motivate students during their primary years to develop a love for sports, physical activity, and healthy lifestyles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging, structured lessons that enhance students' physical skills, teamwork, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
You will create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that inspires participation, resilience, and enjoyment in sports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging Physical Education lessons that are in line with the primary curriculum, ensuring students progress in their physical development and skills.

Create a positive, inclusive, and active learning space that promotes participation and encourages healthy lifestyles.
•
Assess, monitor, and document student progress in physical skills and development.
•
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, resilience, and confidence through various sports and physical activities.
•
Participate in and support school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
•
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
•
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
•
Engage in the pastoral life of the school, advocating for student wellbeing and fostering positive behavior.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A recognized teaching qualification along with experience in teaching Physical Education at the Primary School level.
•
In-depth knowledge of physical education, sports, and child physical development.
•
Proficient command of English, paired with strong communication skills.
•
A dedication to student wellbeing and fostering inclusive participation in sports.
•
A collaborative and proactive approach, eager to engage in the broader school community, including sports programs and extracurricular activities.
