Reach Academy Feltham commenced as a Free School in September 2012 and has steadily expanded each year. Our first Reception class completed their GCSEs last year and are now enrolled in our sixth form.

We utilize a co-headteacher model because we understand the complexities of managing an all-through school. This structure allows you to collaborate with a partner who will both support and challenge you. You will oversee the daily operations of the secondary phases, while your partner will manage the primary phases. Additionally, you will share responsibilities for overarching areas such as safeguarding and finances.
