As part of our dynamic and supportive team, you will promote and motivate students to reach their full potential while creating a positive learning environment for every child.
Your duties will involve supporting, observing, and documenting the progress of your class. You will plan lessons that align with the objectives of the School and Curriculum, with the goal of fostering a thriving educational culture.
Additionally, you will develop curricula covering a broad range of subjects offered and ensure that you remain informed about the specific knowledge and understanding required by curriculum standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field with a PGCE
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or teaching practice in the subject, in accordance with the UK National Curriculum
- UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS)
- Expertise in Data Disaggregation, Analysis, and Differentiation for Students
- Current knowledge and understanding of safeguarding
- A proven track record of effective teaching that results in outstanding outcomes through high-quality instructional methods
- Ability to use data effectively to monitor and enhance student progress
