About the Role:
In this role, you will teach within our bilingual 50–50 program, where students alternate weekly between an English-speaking and a German-speaking class teacher. You will create engaging and meaningful learning experiences across the primary curriculum, utilizing the Swiss Lehrplan 21 and international frameworks. Working closely with your German-speaking partner teacher, you will ensure continuity in routines, vocabulary, expectations, and subject matter, providing students with a cohesive bilingual learning experience. Your responsibilities will include planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons, supporting students' well-being, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and effective communication. Additionally, you will evaluate student learning, maintain regular communication with parents, and actively engage in school life through meetings, reporting cycles, events, and supervision duties.
This is a permanent, part-time (50%) position.
