Hastings School is dedicated to delivering high-quality education within a nurturing environment. Established in 1971, it was one of the first schools in Madrid to offer the British National Curriculum, with English as the primary medium of instruction. The school has been experiencing rapid growth, highlighted by the opening of a new 21st Century Sixth Form teaching block in September 2019 and a new Primary campus in September 2021.
As a member of the Cognita Group, our educators benefit from extensive professional development opportunities and can exchange best practices with peers across various schools. Many teachers who relocate to Madrid choose to remain due to its exceptional quality of life, characterized by pleasant weather, rich culture, sports, culinary delights, and a vibrant community (there’s something for everyone!). Additionally, skiing is available just one hour north during the winter months. Madrid serves as a fantastic hub for exploring both Spain and Europe, with a cost of living that is more affordable than in the UK.
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Physics Teacher to join our outstanding team. This position is for Maternity Cover.
