Maple Leaf Education presents an exciting opportunity for an Oxbridge graduate with a degree in Maths, Sciences, or Engineering to work with a distinguished group of high-achieving students from Maple Leaf middle schools throughout China. The ‘Honorary Zhou Enlai Class’ honors the legacy of former Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai, embodying his commitment to China's progress.
Participants in this program follow a challenging and innovative curriculum known as the Maple Leaf World School Program (MLWSP), which requires the completion of at least five Advanced Placement (AP) courses. This program is recognized and benchmarked as equivalent to A-Levels by UK Ecctis, the leading authority in international curriculum accreditation. To advance Maple Leaf's mission of cultivating elite talent, the Honorary Class is specifically designed for academically exceptional students who demonstrate remarkable character and a strong aspiration to secure admission to prestigious universities, including Oxford and Cambridge. The achievements of these students will honor Zhou Enlai's legacy and play a significant role in the advancement of both the nation and the globe.

We invite applications from graduates of any field; however, only those who have completed their degrees at Oxford or Cambridge University will be considered for this role, which involves teaching, mentoring, and inspiring our ‘Honorary Zhou Enlai Class’. This is a unique opportunity to educate motivated and ambitious students who have a robust command of English. Additionally, this position promises a transformative cultural experience while living, working, and traveling in China.
The salary for Oxbridge Graduates ranges from $56,000 to $75,500 Canadian Dollars, depending on experience. It is not essential for candidates with a first degree from Oxford or Cambridge to possess a teaching qualification. The contract will span one full academic year, 2026/27, at the Shenzhen International Academy in the Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou Province, China.
