About This Role

Bloom World Academy is seeking creative and talented individuals for the role of MYP English Teacher starting in the Academic Year 2026/2027.

As part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) teaching team, you will be expected to exemplify a strong commitment to nurturing international mindedness in your classroom and contribute to its growth throughout the institution. A solid grasp of, or experience with, a student-centered, inquiry-driven learning methodology is crucial. Candidates should display strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a history of building and sustaining professional relationships, along with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

We are looking for experienced teachers who are dedicated to supporting every student's learning path and fostering a classroom environment where all learners can flourish. You should be skilled in instructing students of varying abilities and have a track record of achieving impressive student outcomes.

While familiarity with the IB program is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite, as training will be provided. As an educator, you are required to have the knowledge and skills to create engaging, meaningful, and challenging learning experiences for your students, possess a strong understanding of assessment practices in the classroom, and, most importantly, demonstrate the enthusiasm to inspire students to realize their full potential and beyond.

The BWA Community

At BWA, teachers are part of a supportive, vibrant, and friendly community. They build genuine camaraderie with their peers, enjoy positive interactions with school leaders who prioritize their well-being, and collaborate effectively as a cohesive team. BWA educators are adaptable, solution-focused, and equipped to address the daily challenges of establishing a new school. They are expected to maintain an optimistic outlook and cultivate strong relationships with families. All staff members are encouraged to be innovative and participate in or lead community events.
