Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Middle School English Teacher who can inspire students while enhancing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities. The ideal candidate will cultivate a passion for literature, advance literacy skills, and create an engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes critical thinking and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach language arts, including reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and literature to students.
• Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and foster student learning.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to share their ideas.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and class participation.
• Provide feedback and tailored support to help students enhance their skills.
• Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enrich learning experiences.
• Promote creative writing, critical thinking, and discussions on literary works.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
