About This Role

Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO)

Rugby School, in partnership with Khai Sang Corporation, is thrilled to announce an opening for a Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO) to join the founding team at a new school in Hanoi, set to open in September 2026. This is a distinctive opportunity to help shape a school that aspires to transform Pre-Prep education in Southeast Asia.

The Pre-Prep will be housed in a dedicated facility, serving day students from Early Years 1 (ages 3–4) through to Year 2 (ages 6–7). Students in Year 3 and above will progress to the Prep & Senior School, which is expected to launch in September 2027, located approximately 500 meters from the Pre-Prep.

Students will benefit significantly from the innovative architectural design of the building and its interiors, specifically crafted to cater to the learning requirements of young children. The Global team from Rugby School has been instrumental in the architectural planning, creating an exceptional environment for educators and specialists to enrich the educational experiences of students.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team of what is projected to be one of Vietnam’s leading educational institutions. You will collaborate with colleagues to support students with additional learning needs, nurturing an inclusive environment for all.

An attractive salary package will be offered, along with flights and accommodation.
