In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers to foster student progress, while also enhancing their independence, self-esteem, and social integration. Additionally, you will work alongside our Pastoral Support team, Therapeutic Thinking Lead, and Therapy team to cultivate a nurturing educational environment.
We would be delighted to hear from you if you:
✅ Have a strong passion for assisting children with SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health) needs and neurodiversity, including autism.
✅ Bring experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Youth Worker, especially in supporting children with additional needs.
✅ Are currently employed in a mainstream Secondary setting and are enthusiastic about transitioning into Special Education.
