Junior High Grade 7-8 Teacher(s)

The ideal applicant will have:

• A valid Manitoba Teacher's Certificate or eligibility for teacher certification in Manitoba.
• Demonstrated experience in programming and instructing all core subjects within a Junior High environment.
• Knowledge of the K-8 Manitoba curriculum and the ability to create lesson plans across multiple subjects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators.
• Proficiency in teaching basic French is considered a valuable asset.
• Outstanding classroom management skills.
• Proven ability and experience in differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• The ability to design a program with a northern perspective.
• An understanding of the traditions and aspirations of students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• A commitment to culturally responsive teaching practices.
