Bloom World Academy is seeking dynamic and talented educators for the role of IB DP Global Politics Teacher for the Academic Year 2026/2027.

As an IB educator, your commitment to promoting international mindedness in your classroom is crucial, as is your support for fostering this ethos throughout the school community. Candidates should exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrate a proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.

While experience with the IB programme is highly valued, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. As an educator, you should be capable of designing enriching, engaging, and stimulating lessons for your students. A solid understanding of classroom assessment practices is also necessary, along with a genuine passion for inspiring students to realize their full potential and beyond.

Required Candidate Profile

• Proficient or advanced English language skills
• Bachelor's degree in Global Politics or a related field, along with a PGCE in Education with QTS or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in an IB or GCSE setting specific to the subject area
• A minimum of three years teaching experience at a reputable institution
• A record of achieving exceptional student outcomes
• Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
• Cultural awareness, strong communication abilities, and a desire to engage with both students and parents
