Our Primary School educators embrace a collaborative, co-teaching model that enhances student engagement and learning experiences. The Subject Expert Teacher (SET) takes the lead in delivering captivating, subject-focused lessons, while the Learning Enhancement Teacher (LET) ensures each student comprehends the material. Together, you will cultivate an enriching and rigorous learning environment that values hard work and fosters exceptional student outcomes.

As a Humanities Subject Expert Teacher, you will lay a solid foundation in language and social science skills and knowledge. This encompasses Language Arts topics such as the basics of reading and writing, reading comprehension, the writing process, and more. Additionally, Humanities subjects include world history, American history, and the fundamentals of geographical awareness. You will collaborate with fellow educators to integrate lessons with what students are exploring in other disciplines, including music and art.

You will also:
- Build meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning journey
- Support students in achieving academic excellence, personal accountability, and intellectual growth
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in ongoing training, collaborating with peers, and staying abreast of the latest educational methods and best practices in your field
- Contribute positively to a collaborative school environment

Work Experience

Who We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in your subject area (Elementary and Early Education degrees are highly valued for Pre-K through Grade 5).
- Experience: A minimum of two years as a lead teacher in a classroom, a necessary criterion for obtaining a working visa.
