Job Purpose
• Collaborate with students, faculty, board members, HIMS personnel, and parents to set, evaluate, and enhance the academic objectives and standards for the Upper School.
• Lead and manage the operations of the Upper School.
• Assist the Head of School in cultivating an engaging and thriving educational atmosphere.
• Oversee the performance of the teaching staff within the Upper School.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs within a safe, positive, and healthy learning environment.
