We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned and energetic professional to lead the Sciences Faculty at The Leys. This pivotal role acts as a bridge between Head of Department and Senior Leadership, aligning with the School’s vision to sustain an exceptional educational experience for our students while offering robust management and support to our staff. The Science Faculty encompasses the departments of Biology, Chemistry, Computing, Design Technology, Physics, Psychology, and Sports Science.

This position is ideal for a knowledgeable Head of Department eager to expand their leadership influence across multiple disciplines. The Head of Science Faculty will be a skilled classroom educator with a demonstrated history of achieving excellent academic results for students in Years 7 to 13. They will possess the necessary people management skills to maximize the potential of other Heads of Department, along with the leadership and communication abilities to motivate and inspire faculty members throughout the department.
