About This Role

We are looking for a seasoned and passionate EYFS School Head to become part of our leadership team as Vice Principal. This position will entail overseeing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) department, ensuring top-notch teaching and learning experiences for our youngest students.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the EYFS department, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere.

- Provide support to teachers through coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Monitor student progress and well-being within the EYFS stage.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align early years strategies with the broader goals of the school.
- Engage with parents to strengthen partnerships that support children’s development.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Education or a related field; advanced qualifications are preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Early Years education within the UK curriculum framework.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams or departments.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
