Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and impactful English lessons that are in line with the US curriculum.
• Create a positive learning atmosphere that promotes student engagement and development.
• Regularly evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design instructional resources and approaches.
• Assist students in enhancing their reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking abilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or a related discipline (minimum requirement).
• Preferably, at least 1 year of teaching experience at the middle school level.
• In-depth understanding of the US educational standards for middle school English.
• Outstanding communication abilities with strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Capability to develop dynamic lesson plans that address various learning styles.
• Skills in effective classroom management techniques.
