About BASIS International School Shenzhen
BASIS International School Shenzhen began its journey in 2015 as the first institution in our network. Initially housed in a renovated building, the school transitioned to a stunning new campus in 2023, designed to accommodate over 1,600 students from Pre-K to Grade 12. As an English Language Arts teacher, you will enhance this foundation of language and social science skills, addressing topics such as the writing process, grammar, reading comprehension, and literary and rhetorical techniques. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary lessons that integrate other subjects, such as drama or history.

Work Experience
Who We’re Seeking
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in your subject area is required (Elementary and Early Education degrees are also highly valued for Pre-K through Grade 5).
- Experience: A minimum of two years serving as the lead teacher in a classroom, which is necessary for obtaining a working visa.
