About This Role

Arcadia Global School in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ELL Inclusion Teacher to join our team immediately. The selected candidate will collaborate with the school's Inclusion team to ensure that students receive the necessary support to enhance their overall school experience.

Located in Al Furjan, Arcadia Global School is a newly established institution offering a high-quality British curriculum. Our goal is to become the preferred inclusive school for families in the Al Furjan community and beyond, where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Fully qualified teacher holding BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the role of an ELL inclusion teacher.
- Experience working with ELL students in various educational environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of British educational standards and regulations pertaining to inclusion.
- A commitment to enhancing educational standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and values.
- A professional who collaborates effectively within the immediate team and the broader school community.
- A strong advocate for inclusive practices, passionate about expanding opportunities for all learners.

Core Responsibilities

- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement inclusive teaching strategies for ELL students.
- Provide direct support and coaching to educators on best practices for integrating ELL students into mainstream classrooms.
- Assist in the development of individualized learning plans (ILPs) for ELL students.
- Work with ELL students individually or in small groups to offer additional support and intervention.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and address any concerns.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of ELL programs and strategies.
