The Role

We are looking for an inspiring Early Years Teacher who is passionate about guiding young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood development, create joyful and meaningful learning environments, and foster significant connections with children and their families.

Candidate Requirements

•
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education

•
Early Years/ECE teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE

•
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in an Early Years setting

•
Strong grasp of play-based and inquiry-driven pedagogy

•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•
Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and international-mindedness
